How to order?
Can I order for today?
Sure! Make sure you place your order before 2pm for same day service, with a minimum pre-order time of 1 hour, from Puri Indah main branch
Can I walk in and purchase directly from Artirasa?
Yes, you can come directly to the nearest branch.
Why can't I select certain date/time options?
If the date or time is grayed out (cannot be selected), it is likely that the product is not available or has passed the order deadline. Some important times to note.
Do you write messages on the cake?

Are orders refundable?
All orders are non-refundable. However, under certain circumstances such as order changes, refunds will be given in the form of store credit.
How is the delivery?
All orders can be picked up directly by the customer or the customer can order a car courier so that the order arrives at its destination more safely.
we can only help ensure that the order is in good condition in the car and remind the courier to be careful when carrying the order. damage during the trip is not the responsibility and control of Artirasa.
Can I use a third-party delivery service to pick up my order?
Of course. For cake orders, make sure the delivery service uses a car, not a motorbike. Give the driver your order number and name to make the pick-up process easier.
Important: Cakes must be transported on a flat surface with the AC running at maximum to maintain quality during the trip.
Are your products halal certified?
Most of our products proudly carry halal certification, underscoring our commitment to quality and adherence to halal guidelines. As you browse our website, we encourage you to look for the halal logo on our products, providing assurance of their compliance with halal standards.
In our kitchen, we are diligent in handling halal-approved ingredients and strictly follow halal procedures, ensuring that our products meet the high standards expected by our customers.
What about the products that are not halal certified?
For seasonal products or new items that are not yet certified, we still guarantee that they are made according to halal principles. These products may not have completed the certification process due to limited availability or newness, but they are all produced to strict halal standards, including the use of halal-certified ingredients, no alcohol, and halal gelatin. We are committed to maintaining halal integrity across our product lines.
How should I store the desserts/cakes and for how long?
Upon receipt, place cakes in the chiller for at least 30 minutes. They’re best enjoyed within 2 days at 10°C-12°C, but can last up to 3-4 days in the chiller. Do not freeze the cakes.
Will the cake last during a car ride?
Cakes can withstand a car journey for up to 1 hour with high AC. For longer trips, consider an insulator bag with ice packs.
Can I adjust the sweetness or customize my cake?
Our recipes are standardized, and we produce each product in batches. Therefore, changes to sweetness or customizations are not available.
Are your cakes suitable for specific diets or allergies?
All our products contain eggs, dairy, gluten, and sugar, making them unsuitable for diabetics, vegans, or those on a keto diet. We also handle nuts and gluten in our kitchen, which may pose a risk to individuals with allergies. Are the eggs in your products pasteurised?
Yes, all the eggs we use have been pasteurized or cooked, to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
